You can’t really resist a cocktail (or three!) at Grand Pacific. Located near Manchester’s luxurious King Street, Grand Pacific is a bar for those gals who like the finer things in life. With a gothic-opulent and antique vibe, it’s an Instagram addict’s dream. Whether you head here for afternoon tea and prosecco, or a few cocktails in the evening – it’s without a doubt one of the best bars in Manchester for a sophisticated night out with the girls.

2. 20 Stories

Looking for a night out with a hella’ view? Then check out new-to-the-scene restaurant and bar, 20 Stories. Whether you’re going there day or night – the views of the Mancunian skyline are breathtaking, and they’re also a hot Instagram spot – we shot our campaign with Madison Sarah here. Not only are the views amazing, but the food there is incredible. We’d recommend starting your night off here, grabbing a bottle of prosecco or cocktails on the roof terrace and watching the sun set over Manchester.

3. Crazy Pedros

Manchester’s Northern Quarter is renowned for it’s quirky independents. So if you want to ditch your bodycon and dressy heels for some chunky trainers with jeans and a nice top, then take your squad on a night out round Northern Quarter. We are huge fans of Crazy Pedros, where you can grab a slice of pizza with your drink. You can’t say no to that, right?

4. Neighbourhood

Located in Manchester’s stylish Spinningfields, Neighbourhood is the place to go if you want to dance hard on a Saturday night. Their eclectic drinks menu includes their insta-worthy ‘Sex & Candy’ candyfloss cocktail that’s quite frankly one of the best we’ve ever had. Make sure you’re dressed to kill – a bodycon and some statement heels will have all eyes on you.

5. Tattu

If you’re going for food and drink, then Tattu in Spinningfields is the ideal location. This modern Chinese restaurant & bar is stunning, with romantically-lit blossom trees throughout the restaurant, making it perfect for those looking to up their Insta game. Not only is the interior ah-mazing, but the food and drinks are also immaculately presented – you’ll be spamming your friends’ feed after a trip to Tattu.

6. Cottonopolis

With a nod to Manchester’s industrial past, Cottonopolis is aptly named, as this was originally the name for Manchester during the 19th Century.
With Japanese-themed bites, including the most delicious sushi – this place is perfect for anyone looking for drinks before heading out in the Northern Quarter. But make sure you book a table – this place is mega popular, especially at the weekends!

7. Convenience Store

Convenience Store is one of the most quirky bars in Manchester… if you can find it, that is! It’s is disguised as a convenience shop, with food, sweets and drinks filling the window – many people don’t even realise it’s a bar! This small bar serves up quirky cocktails in a hipster setting – it’s great for a few drinks early on in the night, but make sure you get there early as this tiny bar fills up quickly!

8. Twenty Twenty Two

If you’re not one to sit around sippin’ cocktails, then Twenty Twenty Two is the perfect bar for you. Rock up in some chunky trainers and prepare to get competitive! Twenty Twenty Two is one of Manchester’s most popular bars and definitely one of the best too. Cheap drinks and ping pong always equal a good night, but good luck trying to play ping pong after a few drinks!

9. Wash House

No, we’re not suggesting you do a load of washing on your next night out in Manchester. The WashHouse is a super-secretive bar and, like Convenience Store, is another one that’s well disguised. Anyone passing by would mistake it as a Laundrette – even their website doesn’t give anything away. But there’s an art to getting in. You’ve got to call them and ask to put a few loads on – don’t ask to a book a table, it won’t work! If you know, you know.

Once you’re inside, this leather-cladded speakeasy-style bar is chic af. Their naughty cocktails are not for the faint-hearted and the table service means that the drinks will just keep flowing – things are guaranteed to get dirty in the WashHouse.

10. Albert’s Schloss

Save the best ‘til last, right? If you’re looking for a flamboyant and fun night then look no further. Expect glitter-draped dancers on the bars and a live cabaret act on stage, with plenty of dancing on the tables. With a huge drinks menu and a free photobooth, you’re guaranteed to lose track of time in here – only to surface at closing time. As one of the best bars in Manchester, it’s a firm favourite among locals and tourists alike – no two nights are the same at this bar.
